A Stock Purchase Agreement was signed today regarding OMRON Corporation's investment in Kirin Techno-System Company, Limited, as announced in a news release issued by Kirin Holdings Company, Limited, Kirin Brewery Company, Limited, and OMRON.
OMRON's equity stake will be 60% and Kirin Brewery's 40%.
